In light of the recent Coronavirus 19 Pandemic, the funeral homes in Tift County have an obligation to protect the welfare of our families in the community. While we choose to walk by faith and not fear, we must exercise sound judgement, respect and comply with guidelines from the Center for Disease Control, while continuing to serve our family in times of need.
Effective immediately and in place until further notice, the following guidelines have been adopted by the funeral homes in Tift County:
Please limit in-person visits to necessary pre-need or at-need funeral business. We will be happy to assist via telephone or email. As always, we will be accessible 24 hours daily by phone in order to serve you.
With the current recommendation to limit mass gatherings to very small numbers, we will conduct only graveside/memorial services in open, outdoor areas.
Formal public visitations have been suspended until further notice. Private viewings for immediate family members will be arranged by individual basis.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to serve the community. As guidance from the Center for Disease Control are altered, we will revisit our plan in order to stay in compliance. We pray for the safety and well-being of all!
