Mr. Christopher “Chris” Winfield Warren, 51, of Tifton passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at his residence.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in Brushy Creek Church Cemetery in Cook County with Rev. Andy Ring and Father Lonnie Lacy officiating. Eulogy will be given by Todd Brey. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Albritton Funeral Directors.
Patrick Warren, Tim Hall, Davy Warren, Russ Dillard, John Tate and Drew Harrison will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Warren was born January 15, 1970 in Fulton County, Georgia to Michael Warren of Eufaula, Alabama and Barbara Newbern Warren of Hahira, Georgia. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church of Valdosta and was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Warren grew up in Hahira and had lived in Tift County for the past five years. Chris was a patriot and loved his country. He was a happy person and always had a joke to tell. He loved animals especially his dogs, Bucky, Mila and Mickey. Chris had nick names for his family and friends. He was a family man and avid reader who loved riding around listening to music. Chris was formerly a paramedic and took pride in helping people.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Warren is survived by his wife, Gloria Dillard Warren of Tifton; one daughter, Savanna Warren of Norman Park; Sheila Warren, mother of his child, of Norman Park; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Dr. Jesse and Dr. Brandi Warren of Thomasville, David and Kristin Warren of Hahira, Patrick and Amy Warren of Tifton and John Paul Warren of Eufaula; one sister, Abigail Warren of Eufaula; step-daughter, Kaleianne Harrison of Tifton; step-son, Drew Harrison and fiancé Hannah Rucker of Tifton; Mother-in-law, Jean Heard Ingram of Alapaha; brother-in-law, Russ and Priscilla Dillard of Tifton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
