Dale Lee Dennis

Dale Lee Dennis, 43, of Tifton passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors with Rev. Chip Grantham officiating. A private family interment will follow in Old Pine Grove Church Cemetery in Alma, Georgia. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Dale was born October 23, 1977 in Bacon County, GA., to Walter Leroy Dennis and the late Mary Nell Watkins Dennis. Dale was nonverbal and never spoke a word during his life. He was a 1999 graduate of Tift County High School.  He loved everyone and always had a smile. When Dale met someone, he immediately grabbed their hand and considered them family. Some of his greatest pleasures were riding around, watching TV, especially “The Price Is Right”, going into Walmart’s T.V. section, and listening to music. His favorite song was Huntin’, Fishin’, Lovin’ everyday by Luke Bryan. Dale especially enjoyed trips to the beach with his Diversified family.

Dale is survived by his father, Walter Leroy Dennis and step mother, Barbara Dennis of Ash Flat, Arkansas; three sisters, Amanda and Dwayne Walsh of Baxley, Georgia, Amy K. Dennis of Irondale, Alabama, and Diana Owen of Moody, Alabama; step sister, Sonya and Brad Slade of Sidney, Arkansas.

Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
