Mr. James David Lindsey, 61, of Enigma passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Tift Regional Medical Center.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
Mr. Lindsey, was born April 27, 1960 in Irwin County to the late James Cecil Lindsey and Flonnie Irene Knolls Lindsey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Easton Lindsey and his brother-in-law, Kenny Smith. Mr. Lindsey was of Baptist faith and worked in a steel plant, J. P. Stevens Company and farmed. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his brother and best friend, Jack. He was a hard-working man who never met a stranger. Mr. Lindsey was a good husband, loving brother and best uncle.
Mr. Lindsey is survived by his wife, Vickie Denise Ray Lindsey of Enigma; his brother and sister-in-law Jack and Diana Lindsey; two sisters and brother-in-law, Mildred Smith and Joyce and Donald Franklin all of Enigma.
