Richard Rubin McMillian

Mr. Richard Rubin McMillian, 64, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Regency Hospital in Macon, Georgia.

A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors with Mr. Terry Robert McMillian officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 5:45 PM before the service at the funeral home.

Mr. McMillan was born March 13, 1955, to the late Selby Frank Ellinburg and Hazel Wilkerson Kirkland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Glen McMillian and Justin McMillian; two sisters Linda McMillian and Helen Porter. Mr. McMillian had lived in Tift County most of his life. Richard loved Nascar racing, fishing, but most of all riding his Gator with his grandsons.

Mr. McMillian is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Annis Marchant McMillian; his daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Brad Billings of Tifton; two grandsons Dalton and Dixon Billings; two brothers Jimmy McMillian of Ocilla and Danny McMillian of Milledgeville; one sister, Sue Dove of Fitzgerald; his sister-in-law Patty and Raleigh Henry of Barnesville; his brother-in-law Carl and Denise Marchant of Griffin.
