Stanley Michael Rutland

Stanley Michael Rutland 64, of Tifton died Thursday, April 14, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Albritton Funeral Directors Chapel. Interment will follow at Rutland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 16, 2016, 6P.M. until 8P.M. at the funeral home.

Tommy Daughtrey, Jerry Macri, Jerry Rutland, Curtis Woodard, Ferrell Wood and Narce Avery will serve as pallbearers.

Mr. Rutland was born November 21, 1951 in Tift County to the late Johnie Lee and Minnie Clyde Kinard Rutland.

Mr. Rutland was a construction worker for many years. He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed fishing, farming and he loved the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Rutland is preceded in death by brothers, Felton, Curtis, Wayne and Lamar Rutland.

Mr. Rutland is survived by his wife, Linda Reynolds Rutland of Tifton, three sons and daughters-in-law, Robbie and Melinda Rutland of West Berrien, Darien and Karen Pridgen of Sylvester, Allen and Missy Pridgen of Panama City, Florida, three daughters, Jeanie Owens and fiancé Ted Golden of West Berrien, Janie Evans of Eldorado, and Lynn Marchant of Moultrie; one brother, Johnny Harold and Brenda Rutland of Tifton; two sisters, Linda and Charles Garren of Tifton and Jo Carol Lott of Tifton; grandchildren, Savannah and Cameron Mathis, Wayne and Donna Pridgen, Autumn Rutland, Austin Rutland and Ty Owens; a grandson, Michael Evans that he raised as his own,  and numerous nieces and nephews.
