William Thomas Brett, Jr.

William Thomas Brett, Jr., 79, of Tifton, formerly of Los Angeles, California passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Tifton Health and Rehabilitation Center.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Brett was born May 15, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to the late William Thomas Brett, Sr., and Marion Catherine Holub Brett. He was a veteran of United States Air Force and of Catholic faith.  He graduated from Evinehart High School in 1957 and worked for Sonder Warehouses of New York City in accounting. He loved the big city life.

Mr. Brett is survived by his brothers, George Allen Brett of Toronto, Canada and Thomas John Brett of New Orleans, LA; his sisters, Mary Ann Brett of Evansville, Indiana, Catherine Eileen Rogers of Athens, Georgia and Ellen Patricia Lursen of Mobile, Alabama; many nieces and nephews.
