Emiliana "Emi" James Wilkerson

Emiliana “Emi” James Wilkerson, age 16 months, passed over the rainbow on Friday, July 22, 2022, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Jesup, Georgia.

Her funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Albritton Funeral Directors with Rev. Tim Harsey officiating. The family will receive friends before the service from 9:30 to 10:30 before the service at the funeral home.  The interment will follow in Oakridge Cemetery where she will be laid to rest between her grandmother and great grandmother.

Emi was the very special daughter of James Barry Wilkerson of Tifton and Rebecca Michelle Wilkerson of Jesup. She was born on March 13, 2021 in Albany, GA. She is the sister of Josh Wilkerson, Beyla Wilkerson, and Tristyn Webb. Her grandparents are Charles Webb of Fleming Island; Teresa and Clay Sanders of Tifton; and Bernice and Don Wilkerson of Tifton. Her great-grandparents are Virginia Hatcher of Tifton and Stene Hawkins of Omega.

Emi loved being snuggled by her brother and sisters and blowing bubble kisses to her mom. She lived for each moment, unafraid of the future, not fearing the unknown, and she had a very peaceful demeanor and genuine smile. She was the epitome of love and light.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Debbie Lastinger Webb; her grandparents, Maurolyse and Talmadge Webb; her grandfather, Bobby Lastinger; and her grandfather, Harvey Hatcher.
