Baby Girl Isobel Rae Fallin was born and passed away on September 16, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Andy Ring officiating.
Baby Girl Isobel was the daughter of Patrick Fallin and Cecilia Estella Fallin of TyTy. She had one sister, Avery Fallin and one brother, Liam Fallin. Her grandparents are Harry and Theresa Fallin of Tifton and Tony and Marty Estella of Omega.
