Michael "Mike" Glen McKee

Michael “Mike” Glen McKee, 59, of Tifton passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in Tift Memorial Gardens with Rev. Brantley Seymour officiating.

Mike was born October 28, 1961 in Tifton to the late Willie Glen McKee and Mary Maxine West McKee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Leanna Nicole McKee who died March 29, 2007. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church. Mike was an automobile mechanic and had lived most of his life in Tifton. He attended Tift County Schools and he loved fast cars, drag racing and he was a sports fan. Mike’s main joy in his life was working on engines and he was an excellent mechanic.

Mike is survived by his son, Shane McKee of Thomasville; his sister Genia McKee of Tifton and his cousin Tim McKee who had helped Mike in many ways. Mike is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
