Wilma Fronia Knisel

Mrs. Wilma Fronia Knisel, 88, of Winter Springs, Florida formerly of Tifton passed away on Sunday. September 29, 2019 at The Watermark at Vistawilla in Winter Springs, Florida.

Graveside Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM in Tift Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Knisel was born July 19, 1931 in Madill, Oklahoma to the late Carl Allen Blakemore and Essie Leetha Arnold Blakemore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Walter Gus Knisel, Jr, her brothers, Wilburn Earl Blakemore and Carl Ray Blakemore. Mrs. Knisel was a homemaker and was a 1950 graduate of Madill High School in Madill, Oklahoma. She was a member of Tifton’s First Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Knisel is survived by her son, Timothy Steven Knisel of Geneva, Florida and her daughter, Janet Leetha Knisel Ingram of Bluffton, South Carolina; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
